In line with Andorra’s thriving tourism sector, Excelion Group has strategically acquired and is redeveloping an estate in Andorra La Vella. The plan includes rebranding and enhancing both the interior and exterior of the building. The development encompasses 11 luxury apartment units, 13 offices, and 21 parking slots, covering a total area of 4060 sq.m.
